Healthy Breakfast

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our healthy breakfast this week.  We had an amazing number of visitors to ‘Cafe Ellwood’! 
There was a wonderful selection of cereals, porridge, beans, toast, crumpets, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juices and home-made smoothies. We loved seeing everyone enjoy a healthy start to the day and would love to hear about the different healthy breakfast choices that you tuck into at home.
