Big Brush 
All of the classes enjoyed a visit from a member of the oral health team at the Big Brush Club. 
-brush your teeth twice a day
-brush for 2 minutes
-use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste 
-brush in little circular movements
-use mouthwash, but at a different time of day to brushing
-don’t swill your mouth out with water after brushing because it will wash away the fluoride
-try not to eat or drink for 30 minutes after brushing  
-snack on sweets or chocolate, it’s better for your teeth to eat treats with meals
