School Uniform

Brigade Clothing Limited are the suppliers of our school uniform.
 
School uniform helps children have:  a sense of belonging and pride,  be purposeful and ready to learn,  maintain safety, avoids unnecessary cost for parents, preparation for working life, reduces any competition between pupil's with regards to the latest fashion and avoids expensive branded labels.
 
We strive to ensure that school uniform is accessible for all children and affordable for all parents. We also have a range of secondhand uniform which is available for children. The logo uniform can be purchased from Brigade and other items can be purchased from most supermarkets or clothes shops.
 
Children are expected to conform to the following code of dress outlined below:
 
  • Grey trousers/shorts/skirt/pinafore
  • Jade polo shirt (preferably with the school log - this is optional but it is good have at least one with a logo for photographs/special events)
  • Navy sweatshirt/jumper/cardigan (preferably with logo)
  • Green check summer dress (warmer weather) 
  • Sock - Grey / Black / White
  • Tights - Grey
  
Footwear – children are expected to wear sensible ‘safe’ shoes, not fashion shoes or long boots.
Trainers and gym shoes should be kept for sporting activities.
 
PE Kits - please ensure your child wears the correct PE kit
  • Navy blue shorts/cycling shorts
  • Plain white t-shirt (not polo shirt)

All children are required to wear PE kit on PE Days (or if a PE linked after school club) and black gym shoes/trainers/daps. All items should be clearly labelled with child’s name.
